Brian has more than 20 years of diverse senior management experience and business development roles within the technology and internet gaming industries.
Brian has across-the-board extensive online gaming experience, having worked with most leading gaming software platforms.
Brian’s skills are comprehensive, having a tertiary science qualification as well as a marketing and sales background. He has an in depth knowledge and understanding of the statistical workings and configurations of the online games and loyalty systems to ensure positive returns.
Brian has established an international reputation for his expertise in this industry and has a wide network of senior executive contacts in the gaming industry as well as a keen insight into the development of the IT industry as a whole.
Brian has experience in senior corporate planning. His roles have been entrepreneurial and include CEO and senior management positions in smaller organizations, which he founded or in which he held equity, as well as multinational organizations.
Cathy is a co-founder of GMGI and holds a Masters of Commerce Degree; she has worked in the financial arena for more than 10 years. Ms. Feng has the ability to maintain accurate financial management systems and processes, interpret, analyze and present financial and related information to facilitate the business decisions to grow businesses and resolve complex problems.
Cathy has extensive experience in financial reporting for US public companies, including preparation of all financial statements, budgets, forecasts, cost allocations, investor disclosure, management financial reports, as well as preparing the Notes and the MD&A in conjunction with vast experience in dealing with compliance and regulations with particular respect to the SEC and FINRA.
Cathy works well with senior management to provide financial insights to help support business growth, strategy and operational effectiveness.
Cathy’s strong financial background, professional qualifications and extensive experience in working with US Public OTC companies, enables her to play an important role in the financial management and success of the company.
Mr. McChesney has extensive financial and entrepreneurial experience as an executive and board member in the financial services industry.
From 1995 through March 2016, Mr. McChesney served as a Director of TrueBlue Inc., a $2.3B revenue NYSE-listed enterprise (TBI) and is the former Chair of its Compensation Committee and former member of its Audit Committee. Mr. McChesney served as Senior Vice President and Syndicate Manager at Paulson Investment Company (“Paulson”) and was later appointed President of Paulson. He left Paulson Investment Co. in 1995 to join Blackwell Donaldson Company as Director of Investment Banking from 1998 to 2005. Mr. McChesney also served as a director of Nations Express Incorporated from 2004 to 2009. Mr. McChesney has served as a director of numerous development-stage businesses in the medical and technology sectors.
Aaron has close to 20 years’ experience in the online gambling sector in senior executive level positions across both B2B and B2C businesses. Highly results driven, Aaron has a proven track record of managing teams and driving profitability across LSE listed blue-chip businesses such as William Hill PLC and Playtech PLC, founding start-ups that have grown to profitable businesses of scale and advising entities in the sector.
Murray G. Smith is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with over twenty-seven years’ accounting and finance leadership experience. Mr. Smith currently serves as the Divisional Chief Financial Officer of Craft Canning + Bottling, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eastside Distilling, Inc., a NASDAQ company, and operates his own consulting practice focusing on financial process improvement, client training to perform accounting procedures, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal audit outsourcing. Mr. Smith is also a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Mr. Smith served as the Chief Financial Officer for Paulson Capital Corp., a NASDAQ company, from 2010-2014 where he co-led a reverse merger transaction of the parent company, while navigating the regulatory hurdles of the SEC, NASDAQ & FINRA in simultaneously spinning out the Broker-Dealer subsidiary to a new ownership group and creating a $10 Million liquidating trust. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Jewett-Cameron Trading Company, Ltd., a NASDAQ company, from 2009-2015. Mr. Smith’s other previous employers have included Intel, Arthur Andersen and Teledyne. He is a graduate of the University of Washington, with a Bachelor of Arts degree awarded in 1993 in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Mr. Smith held the following FINRA Licenses: Series 7, 27 and 66.
Henry oversees all aspects of development, integration and deployment of GMGI’s Technology systems. Henry brings innovation, intelligence, and exceptional management skills. He plays a key role in evolving GMGI’s Technology business to lead and shape the industry. He is responsible for developing and scaling new businesses including Online Gaming, eSport and P2P Systems. He was instrumental in launching the GM-X, system and has been with the Company for 6+ years.
Max has extensive experience in leading support teams for technology facing organizations. Max heads up a large 24×7 customer support team that manages, onboarding, training and customer support. Max is an enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others. He has excellent communication and presentation skills
